ACTION PLAN

<The 8th> Power Project Co., Ltd. Action Plan

To review the working styles of employees and support them in being more involved in child-rearing, we have formulated the following action plan.

1. Plan period

From April 1, 2025, to March 31, 2027

2. Contents

Goal 1: Promote the acquisition of leave for child-rearing purposes by men
<Measures>
Explain the system and company regulations to the target individuals to deepen their understanding, and strengthen the provision of information to the heads of the relevant departments.

Goal 2: Raise awareness of various systems such as childcare leave based on the Childcare and Family Care Leave Act, childcare leave benefits based on the Employment Insurance Act, and prenatal and postnatal leave based on the Labor Standards Act

Provide information to the target individuals and strengthen the provision of information to the heads of the relevant departments.

Goal 3: Implement measures to reduce overtime work
<Measures>
Understand and share the daily work content more than ever for each relevant department, and realize cross-departmental work responses to reduce overtime hours.

Goal 4: Introduce work styles that are not bound by location, such as telecommuting and telework
<Measures>
Both systems have already been introduced and implemented, but to ensure they can be utilized in various scenarios, we will continue the satellite office contracts and further expand the cloud working environment.
