<The 6th> Power Project Co., Ltd. Action Plan
In order to review the way employees work and support them to be more involved in child-rearing, the following action plan will be established.
1. Plan period
Two years from April 1, 2021 to March 31, 2023
2. Contents
Goal 1: Introduce working from home, teleworking, and other location-independent work styles
<Measures>
From April 2021
Confirm the Wi-Fi environment and improve the communication environment for those who do not have such an environment at home (at the company’s expense), and provide a home allowance to those who do have such an environment to promote the use of home teleworking.
From May 2021
For those who have difficulty staying at home (e.g., those who live with family members), an outside satellite environment will be provided.
Goal 2: Introduce a system that facilitates use of leave for child nursing care by allowing leave to be taken on an hourly basis, etc.
<Measures>
From April 2021
To create an environment in which employees can easily apply for paid leave, information will be provided to those who are eligible for such paid leave and to the relevant departments.
In addition, since childcare is always accompanied by unexpected events, information will be provided to all employees to promote an understanding of this point within the company, and a culture that facilitates leave will be developed.
From October 2021
Continued working from home, which has made it easier to take time off on an hourly basis than when coming to work.
Goal 3: To inform workers about the system and provide information and a consultation system to ensure the health of women workers during pregnancy and after childbirth

Provide information to those who are subject to the system and strengthen information provision to superiors in the relevant departments.
Goal 4: Encourage men to take leave for child-rearing purposes
From April 2021
Provide information to eligible employees and to their superiors in the relevant departments. Men can also take this leave, and since it can be taken on an hourly basis, make it known that it can be used in case of emergency, and promote its use.
