Power Project Co., Ltd announced the following matters in accordance with the “Act on the Protection of Personal Information” and “JIS Q 15001:2017”.<\/p>\n

Personal information obtained from job recruiting websites will be used for our staff registration and recruitment selection process.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n

In other cases where personal information is acquired directly or indirectly, it will be handled within the limits of the purposes of use described above.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n

3. Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties<\/h2>\n

We will appropriately manage personal information obtained from clients and other individuals. We will not provide such information to third parties without obtaining the prior consent of the clients or other individual. However, following cases are exception.<\/p>\n

To make a request for disclosure, please contact us at a) above.<\/p>\n

A\uff0eRegistered staff who have worked for the company for approximately the past year. When making a request for disclosure, you may make a request in writing according to B below, or you may make a request for disclosure by telephone or e-mail. When requesting disclosure by telephone or e-mail, please contact us with your name, address, telephone number, registered date (year and month), and last work details. We will then confirm your identity.<\/p>\n

B\uff0ePersons other than those in A above
When making a request for disclosure by telephone or e-mail, please provide the same information as in A above: name, address, telephone number, date (year and month) of registration, and last employment details. At that time, we will confirm your identity by asking questions from the person in charge.
In addition, if the identity cannot be confirmed in the above cases,” “for notification of purpose of use or disclosure of personal information,” “at the request of the person in question,” or “by proxy,” the request for disclosure, etc. must be made in writing. Please fill in the required items on the form and submit it together with the following identification documents.<\/p>\n

c) Identification documents

\u203bIf the above documents clearly indicate the “permanent domicile of residence”, please make the “permanent domicile of residence” illegible by blacking it out.<\/p>\n

d) Fees for requests for disclosure, etc. and method of collection
\nFor each request for notification or disclosure of the purpose of use of personal information, a fee of 1,100 JPY (including consumption tax) will be charged.
\nPlease enclose a stamp or postal money order for 1100 yen for the fee when you mail the request form to us.<\/p>\n

\u203bIf the fee is insufficient, we will contact you to that effect.
If you have not paid the handling fee (in the case of a request for notification of purpose of use or disclosure of personal information) within one week of contact, your request will be deemed invalid. (In that case, the fee already paid will not be refunded.)<\/p>\n

e) The way to response to requests for disclosure
We will promptly respond to the applicant by e-mail, mail, or telephone.
If we are unable to respond to a request for disclosure due to non-payment of fees, inability to confirm the identity of the applicant, etc., we will notify the applicant to that effect and the reason.<\/p>\n

f) Handling of personal information obtained in response to a request for disclosure
